Coaching can be one of the most rewarding and challenging elements of our role. Unlike many other functions it is often its organic nature which sets it apart from many other functions and interventions. Some of the most effective coaching is where neither coach nor coachee has any idea at the start of a session where the dialogue will lead. Rather it is in the very focused dialogue made possible by presence, openness and attention to what emerges in the moment which leads to real awareness and insight: something rarely possible in planned, overly-structured or solution - focussed sessions. Suitable for: This workshop is for HR professionals who coach as part of their regular role - either directly with their own teams, or with employees, as part of their ongoing development - or who coach line managers to develop their people and/or handle issues.
