Difficult Conversations training course

For managers, approaching a difficult conversation, whether it is with a subordinate, colleague or superior, can provoke feelings of anxiety and discomfort when tasked with delivering disappointing news or feedback. What may initially appear to be an emotionally charged conversation can, however, prove to be a fruitful and meaningful discussion. Through the material of this course, management level learners will be supported in achieving such dialogue by developing an understanding of how to prepare for a difficult conversation, how to create progress when having a difficult conversation, and how to use effective strategies and communication techniques to handle a difficult conversation.
