The BA (Hons) Top up in Digital Imaging and Photography has been designed to build on existing photographic and digital imaging skills and support students to become confident and articulate image-makers. The aims of the programme are to:

. What are the entry requirements?
Entry on to this course is through a successful interview with portfolio of work and example of written work. Additionally, we will normally expect applicants to have the following qualifications:
Successful completion of the Foundation Degree in Digital Imaging and Photography or equivalent Art, Design or Media-related Foundation Degrees which have a significant digital imaging or photographic content. Some students may be required to undertake a bridging module.
Or
• Successful completion of an Art, Design or Media related HND which has significant digital imaging or photography content. Some students may be required to undertake a bridging module.
Overseas students are welcome to apply with evidence of relevant and equivalent qualifications as stated for all external applicants.
A portfolio presentation and transcript will also be required for all applicants.
English Language entry requirements (IELTS level 6).. Career Path
Students will be prepared for employment across a range of photographic and digital imaging industries in areas such as photojournalism, editorial, documentary, portraiture, advertising, fashion, music, architecture, location, newspaper, picture research, teaching and technical support. The course is also designed to give a potential progression route to MA level study in the fields of Digital Imaging and Photography.. Duration

The University Centre also offers the two year Foundation Degree in Digital Imaging and Photography at level 4 and 5 that precedes and prepares you for this course.. Cost
You don’t need cash to enrol on a course.
Tuition fee loans cover university or college tuition fees and are paid direct to the university or college, by Student Finance England. They are available to all eligible students regardless of household income. The amount you pay back is dependent on how much you earn and not how much you owe and you won’t need to start paying them back until you are earning more than £21,000 per year. Student Loans will also help to support your living costs.
