Diploma in Home Based Childcare

This course enables you to register as a childminder.
In order to undertake the qualification you need to be referred from your Early Years Partnership.
At present we accept referrals from Wolverhampton and Sandwell Early Years Partnerships

Course Content
Unit 1 of the Diploma in Home Based Childcare is required by OFSTED for any person wishing to work at home with children.
The 7 week course covers all aspects of home based childcare, however you will be expected to complete additional study at home.
How will I be assessed?
There is a 40 minute multiple choice exam.
