Course Content:

Completion of 9 units in total, 6 mandatory units:

• Evaluate and develop own practice
• Identify individual learning aims and programmes
• Agree learning programmes with learners
• Develop training sessions
• Monitor and review progress with learners
• Create a climate the promotes learning

Plus 3 optional units of your choice
