A great example of the mind’s behavior. Alan Watts was already my idol –I like his point of view about philosophical teachings of controlling and understanding the mind. This course offers other view of his perspectives as he also shows you solutions to problems of the mind and world and not just gives “information” instead of advice. In general, was concise, easy to follow and with meaningful methods of how to deal with "irrationality" in our world. Many thanks, Libby, another nice course!
