This course will benefit all individuals who require a better
understanding of substance misuse. It will explain issues relating
to drugs and relevant support agencies.

• Possible reasons for substance misuse
• Problems associated with drugs
• Types of drugs in usage
• Legislation in regard to substance misuse
• Sources of information, advice and guidance on drugs
