This course aims to:
To develop personal confidence and competence in communication skills
To develop the confidence to be assertive in any situation
To understand how using body language and tone can be used to improve communication
To learn the significance of different learning styles and strategies to use them effectively when communicating
To develop a range of practical skills which underpin effective communication such as building rapport, being assertive and active listening
To learn some basic NLP (Neuro Linguistic Planning) techniques which enhance communication
