Darren Stanley
Holds a vast knowledge base in a diverse range of subjects and fields ranging from Psychology & Related Fields, Research & Analysis, Sales & Marketing & Resource Development. A Psychology Graduate of the University of Liverpool, Darren has utilized his skills by working in a vast array of professions, as a researcher, mental health worker, website developer, youth worker & residential worker in Gladstone House Secure Unit.
Frank Shea
Has over 20 years experience of conducting group work sessions on various topics, including offense focused work, diversity & discrimination, self esteem, life skills, health and drugs awareness to name but a few and he specializes in Training Employees at Gladstone & Product Development. Frank has dedicated most of his working life to working with young offenders at Gladstone House Secure Unit as a Senior Residential worker.

Objectives & Course Content
The training will focus on:

- Obtaining and utilising materials effectively

- Record Keeping & Reporting
- Bespoke Packs to take away on specialist subjects, depending on job role
The course will be a combination of practical and theoretical exercises.
