This is the first step! You can learn to do things that you want and need to do in a real life situation. The full name of this course is ICT Skills for Life Entry Level. ICT is Information and Communication Technology and the Entry level includes Internet and e-mail, Word Processing, Introduction to Spreadsheets, as well as Health and Safety. In addition, people will become aware of the different issues surrounding computer use. The course is offered at 3 levels: Entry 1 requires the ability to recognise and understand issues, whereas at Entry 3, learners will be challenged to work independently to create documents and send e-mails.
