Flower Arranging Intermediate

The course will introduce you to the interesting art of flower arranging. Styles will include traditional and modern designs including posies, baskets, table arrangements and novelties.

You will learn the principles of design namely:

*Balance
*Proportion
*Scale
*Rhythm
*Contrast
*Dominance
*Harmony.

This is a very practical course where students will be asked to provide their own materials.

If it's your first class, please bring with you on the first night a container, scissors, flowers and foliage to make a basic design. If you are at an intermediate level, you will develop the above skills to a higher level.
