Course Aim

To give a basic awareness of hygiene precautions and issues in relation to their role.

Outline Content

  • Identify hygiene issues and precautions that can be taken;
  • Appreciate the legal framework;
  • Understand how to limit contamination and prevent illness;
  • Understand the importance of personal hygiene,
    clean premises and equipment.
