An average Grade Point on prior qualifications of 4 or better plus GCSE English or Maths Grade D or better. You may be asked to demonstrate your commitment and skills in an interview or NVQ Level 2 or based on work experience to date.

Course content
Assessment
A lot of assessment will be practical and based on your skills in the kitchens. You will also complete a portfolio, with the help of your tutors, which shows that you understand what you are doing on your course.

This course is aimed at individuals already working in the industry and looking to gain relevant qualifications and experience.
