You will undertake practical work experience within the College Refectory enabling you to learn in a real workplace setting. English are maths are embedded into these sessions. Theory sessions are also timetabled into the week in order to underpin the practical knowledge you’ve gained and support maths and English skills development.

Course programme
Entry Requirements
You will undertake a practical assessment (taster day), where suitability will be determined.
Delivery and Assessment
You will produce a portfolio which will include written work, video and photographic evidence to substantiate your learning and understanding.
Progression
You can progress onto a Level 2 qualification or may choose to gain paid or voluntary employment.
