This course is an entry level course and is designed to increase awareness of the need to supply safe food to the consumer. This course is so short and so affordable as to be within the means of any food business and is an essential first step to equipping new employees with a basic knowledge so as to minimise the risk of employees causing food poisoning or food borne illness in the food. Suitable for: New employees with minimal or no prior food safety knowledge Employees handling low-risk or wrapped foods Front of house employees, such as waiting or check out staff Back of house employees, such as kitchen porters or warehouse staff Employees with English as a second language Employees with special needs

Food Hygiene training for:
