A2 Music Technology builds on what you have learnt at AS and further develops your skills with technology in creating music via MIDI sequencing and audio recording. You will: Create a sequenced integrated performance. Conduct multi-track recording of between 12 and 24 tracks. Compose using Music Technology from a prescribed brief. Analyse and correct pre-recorded pieces and produce stereo mixes.

The standard entry requirements for AS and A2 courses are: 7 GCSEs grades A*C (or equivalent), including English Language At least one GCSE grade B or above in a relevant subject or, if you are taking a programme of 4 subjects at A2, at least 3 subjects at grade B or above, one of which must be in a relevant subject.
