Level: Entry Level 1-2 & GCSE

Course content:
Have you been out of education for a long time? Did circumstances get in the way of your learning when you were younger? Do you feel you have lots of potential but are afraid your basic skills problems will let you down?
In English: spend the year gaining confidence in your reading, improving your writing skills, becoming a better speller, learning some grammar and punctuation, taking part in group discussion and talking in front of others. In Maths: learn to add, subtract, multiply and divide confidently as well as how to manage money, measure, weigh, understand some graphs and charts and much, much more. Use computers throughout the course to help you with your studies.

All students have access to our fully equipped state of the art learning centre. This includes free internet access.

Assessment:
Assessed in class by practical assignments and externally verified
