IT at Work Introductory Diploma

Course content:
Aimed at students who would like to begin a career in computing as a technician. You will learn about the uses and applications of computers in the workplace, configuring the desktop, digital devices, writing CVs, spread-sheets and PowerPoint. You will also develop key skills in Application of Number and Communication.

All course materials are available on the College internet. Students have access to sessions on IT and the use of PowerPoint

Fees Info
The fee where stated is an 'INCLUSIVE FEE' for UK/EU students. This fee includes the tuition fee, examination fee and exam board registration fee. You may have to pay extra for materials for the course. If you are under 19 years or you are in receipt of an income related benefit the course and exam fee is FREE. Students aged 60+ years pay 70% of this fee. Students aged 19+ will also have to pay a College Registration Fee of £30 (or £20 if you receive benefit) once per academic year.
