Course content:
This is a one year level 2 course in Media. On completion you can go onto the National Diploma if you have gained a Merit.
This is an exciting, practical course if you wish to gain experience in a variety of Media subjects. You will work with video and radio as well as learning web authoring and scriptwriting skills. Additionally you will gain skills in audio production and develop your research techniques through the Understanding Media unit.

Course resources:
All students have access to our fully equipped state of the art learning centre. This included free internet access.

Assessment:
Continual assessment through writing and visual work.

Fees Info
The fee where stated is an 'INCLUSIVE FEE' for UK/EU students. This fee includes the tuition fee, examination fee and exam board registration fee. You may have to pay extra for materials for the course. If you are under 19 years or you are in receipt of an income related benefit the course and exam fee is FREE. Students aged 60+ years pay 70% of this fee. Students aged 19+ will also have to pay a College Registration Fee of £30 (or £20 if you receive benefit) once per academic year.Materials costs:
The tutor will advise you about any materials costs.
