Course content:
This course is designed to meet the needs of students aged between 16 and 25 with severe learning difficulties.
These courses help to develop independence and life skills. Topics covered include: skills for the working world, money management, retail and catering. For more information, please call College Enquiry Unit on 020 8918 7777

Course Structure:
Classes are held at Wandsworth and are for 3 days per week. Students attend College from 10am - 3pm. Courses run for two or three years.

Course resources:
All students have access to our fully equipped state of the art learning centre. This includes free internet access.

Assessment:
Continuous assessment and ongoing review of individual targets.

Students who start on our Towards Independence course can progress onto the Work-+ Preparation programme.

Fees Info
The fee where stated is an 'INCLUSIVE FEE' for UK/EU students. This fee includes the tuition fee, examination fee and exam board registration fee. You may have to pay extra for materials for the course. If you are under 19 years or you are in receipt of an income related benefit the course and exam fee is FREE. Students aged 60+ years pay 70% of this fee. Students aged 19+ will also have to pay a College Registration Fee of £30 (or £20 if you receive benefit) once per academic year.Materials costs:
You will need pen, paper and a file to keep your work in. There will be some visits out in the community for which there will be an entrance fee.
