The new training facilities at the college with the latest new technology and state of the art equipment will ensure that you will learn how to prepare, cook and present a variety of food from meat, fish, vegetables, pastry and hot and cold deserts, to the highest of standards. As part of your course you will have the opportunity to go out into industry one day a week to gain valuable work experience.
