I am towards the finish of the Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools Level 2 course. The notes given by NCC were far better than those given by the local college and also much simpler to comprehend. I like the concept that you can study at your own comfort. My tutor encouraged me to maintain a positive approach. I cannot thank my tutor enough. Completing the Access to Higher Education Primary Teaching course was one of the most difficult things I have ever done, balancing studies, family and work was very hard but my appointed tutors proved invaluable. They were always on hand to provide support and guidance and were very understanding of the difficulties that people face while completing additional learning. The modules and assessments were detailed and informative and presented in a way that was clear and concise. I would highly recommend Distance Learning Centre.

First I finished the Teaching Assistant Level 2 Course and then I chose to complete the Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools Course. Because I had to follow the course at a placement, I signed me up as a volunteer in my local primary school to be in front of its reception class once a week. Later, I gained employment in another local school as an SEN Teaching Assistant, which I enjoyed a lot. Distance Learning gave me flexibility to study, and new experiences that I thought I could have never had.

I began this course with high expectations, however following 6 months issues were emerging and I was hearing a wide range of issues online from different understudies sitting tight for results and so forth. I reached the school and they changed me to another mentor. It worked out that a ton of my work that had been beforehand passed was deficient. My new coach (Kerry) was so useful, she worked enthusiastically with me and bolstered every one of my needs. She was astonishing. The organization, I am told, no longer uses the coaches and online organization that I had issues with. They now do the vast majority of the checking and so on in house, I feel. With all the help I got I would think of them as again later on.
