Previous candidates have included: sole traders e.g. biscuit makers, noodle manufacturers, sushi chefs, executive chefs, head chefs, bakers, food packaging companies, commercial waste companies, caterer companies, charity workers and many more

Ideally knowledge of food hygiene in form of food safety level 1 or 2 or basic food hygiene training within the last 3 years. Literacy level 1.

This course is taught in English and exam is only available in English.

This CIEH Level 2 Award in Principles of HACCP qualification is designed for those working or preparing to work in food businesses where a food safety management system based on Codex HACCP principles is implemented.
