2. Course description Summary: This course is an ideal route for those who wish to follow a career in the restaurant service. Course description: This programme is very much hands-on. Your supervisory skills will be developed as you supervise level one and two students in one of our three restaurants, as well as working and developing your skills in customer service on the hotel, hair and beauty schools reception desk. Not only will you develop your skills in supervising people, you will gain more knowledge about wines and spirits, team leadership and supervisory skills. As a supervisor you will have the opportunity to develop people and coaching skills, all of which are very important in this busy and dynamic industry.
