Course Description:
The course provides a counselling based model of interviewing and will get the employees to reflect on their advice and guidance practice

Description Breakdown:
The course is made up of 8 units of work with the majority based around the interviewing model. Participants will be introduced to various model of interviewing and concepts of guidance. The units are made up of the interviewing model, how to review clients, managing a case load, networking and reflective practice. The work will include observations of practice, case studies, professional discussions and witness statements.
