ILM L7 Certificate for Executive & Senior Level Coaches/ Mentors

This ILM L7 programme focuses on twin themes:
1. Developing an understanding of how coaching and mentoring can be introduced and integrated into an organisation at a senior/ strategic level;
2. Development of the knowledge, skills, best-practice "polish" to perform effectively as executive or senior coaches/ mentors.

Whilst there are no formal entry requirements participants may have completed an ILM Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification in management, leadership or coaching; exceptional candidates who have no formal qualifications in management or leadership but who have several years’ experience of leading and/ or coaching at this level, may also be accepted onto the programme. Similarly, consultants who have experience of coaching at a senior level and/ or can demonstrate relevant experience of working at this level are also welcome to participate.
