This is a course intended for those with an interest in Indian cookery. Come and learn the secrets of spices blending and Indian cooking.The course is suitable for everyone, you do not have to have any experience or cookery skills â€" just enrol and enjoy!

Course Structure
The programme is delivered over six weeks with attendance on Thursday evenings 6.30pm - 9.00pm in the Pegwell Building.
The course is held in the College kitchens and offers students the opportunity to practice and progress through a range of Indian dishes. Taste and experiment with spices and foods of the East. Tips will be given on how and where to purchase specialist ingredients together with advice on safe and hygienic storage.

There is no examination or qualification attached to this course.

Cost / Equipment
Tuition fee£100 including food
No concessions.
Equipment: Bring your own spice grinder or pestle and mortal (if you can).
Students will need to provide an apron, knives and a tea towel, food included. Please bring containers to take food home.
