Course content:
A practical course which allows students to learn and enjoy the benefits of traditional Indian Head Massage with classical massage.
A seated massage routine that can be offered to family and friends. We will use a selection of oils that will enhance the treatment along with relaxation techniques and a focus on safety and posture.
Wonderful techniques to ease and release tension around the shoulders, aid eyestrain, help with stress, anxiety and depression and much more.
There is a charge for oils of 3 payable to the tutor on the day.
Tutors are not able to make judgements about medical conditions so you must check with your doctor if you have any concerns about your health or ability to participate in a class.
