It was important that we develop a way to empower people to propose new ideas to the board and for us to have a mechanism in place to turn them into reality. The majority of our employees were going through change and we didn’t want this to overwhelm them. To achieve this, we commissioned Eskil to deliver their three-day workshop to the board. Broken into three separate days, we learned about the impact of intrapreneurship on the organisation and individuals, how to set out a framework to ensure success and also the theory behind their Intrapreneurship Canvas as a way to communicate ideas to the stakeholders. For us, the second day was crucial as it was highly strategic but members of our management team highly rated the third day which was more operational. The Deploying Intrapreneurship program was informative and straight to the point which helped us not just in our work but also in our daily life. It was a delightful experience and we are looking forward to organising the next training course. I already have my MBA and wanted to add psychology to my skills. After much research, I decided to invest in Eskil’s Leadership Psychology workshop, facilitated by people certified in assessing and coaching through emotional intelligence. This workshop is very useful to me. Their 360 degree assessment helped me to understand my own emotional intelligence and also how others in my organization see me. Further, the facilitators allocated a dedicated time to me to help me plan my personal development as well as my leadership development.

I have always been fascinated with emotional intelligence and mindfulness and wanted to understand how these can be applied in my life and my work. I also wanted to speak with the facilitators about how to encourage this in my organization. Eskil use British and Arabic facilitators so that there were never any problems with language and we could also discuss how different cultures see leadership. This was a very informative and demanding workshop and I greatly recommend it.

I have attended so many training events but have always gone away feeling that it was a nice distraction but not a lot of value. This program is the exception. For the first time in probably ever, I took time to look at my psychology and behaviours and how this impacted my personal brand as the leader / ambassador for my company. I have already expressed interest in two of your other short courses!
