Initial Crew Resource Management

Introduction

In its drive for continually improving safety standards the aviation industry is increasingly aware of the need for and the benefits of effective 'Human Factors' training. This began with the introduction of Crew Resource Management (CRM) training for pilots and has expanded to the industry as a whole including ATC, Cabin Crew and Maintenance Engineers.

Course Content

An interactive course that normally lasts two days. The course is run by accredited CRMI (ground) facilitators and complies with all requirements within the UK CAA under the Joint Aviation Authority JAA) regulations.
