Course Summary

Learn effective instructor and examiner techniques in 5 days.

On completion of the course you will understand the role of the instructor, you will have covered principles of learning and instruction, simple task analysis, lesson types and structure.

Extensive coverage on the course includes how to create and use lesson plans, give effective demonstrations, use training aids etc. Also assessing, recording and reporting, safety as an instructor, practice lessons and ongoing assessment.

ITSSAR National Register of Accredited Instructors.

Assessments and Monitoring

Delegates are progressively assessed in the following aspects:

  • Preparing / Presenting Classroom Lessons (using visual aids)
  • Preparing / Presenting of Demonstrations

  • Constructing / Conducting Practical Skills Tests
  • Report Writing
  • Knowledge of Instructional Methods & Techniques
