We have carefully assessed the skills and competencies required at each level of a Business Analysts career. By using a mirroring approach we have ensured that the three dimensions of professional performance - knowledge, skills and behaviours - are addressed. In addition, workplace learning (both formal and informal), is taking on an increasingly important role in business education and training. We have reflected the significance of this in the Business section of the skills model.
