The programme gives learners the opportunity to create a portfolio of evidence showing how they are applying team leading skills within their workplace. The mandatory units focus on managing their own personal development, developing working relationships with colleagues and improving their communication and have a credit value of 22. A further 18 credits to complete this qualification are achieved through taking optional units in Groups 1 & 2. Optional units provide opportunity to show understanding and skills in a variety of areas. We will work with you to choose which are the most appropriate. Mandatory Units
