Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Sales and Telesales

As a Sales apprentice, your exact duties will depend on your employer. It's likely that you'll be working with a team selling products or services to external customers. You will be involved in building relationships with customers either face to face or over the phone. Depending on your employer/department you may also be involved in processing sales orders, monitoring deliveries, analysing sales or competitor information, helping your customers obtain finance or using digital marketing. Qualifications gained: Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Sales (QCF) (Competence Element) Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Sales (Knowledge Element) Functional Skills in Mathematics at Level 1 Functional Skills in English at Level 1 Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) and Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
