I've taken two courses with ICA, and they both were really worthwhile. Practical sessions are very interactive and the format of the examination methods allows to do research from one's own point of view, and apply real life examples to the theory covered training. It was a grand learning experience.

What I would highlight:
The ICT course was well organised and had great course content. The coursebooks were very clear and the workshops were well executed. The teaching and guidance from the tutors was marvelous and was greatly helpful with the material and the assignment questions.Great course with which I learnt a lot.
What could be improved:
As a suggestion, I think it'd be good to have one more workshop as we had to overlook several to economise time. Also, we should be able to complete the exam on an electronic base as we do not normally write this for so long a time, and so would not get penalised for bad handwriting.

I have done several courses with ICT, and I can definitely recommend ICT for their dedication to quality of the content and professional attitude. The trainings are engaging, with loads practical knowledge, that is up to date and relevant, the delivery of the material and quality of the venues is also really, extremely decent. The group of students was very diverse in terms of fields of work and nationalities, which made for a very enriching experience.
