It has never been more important to have robust controls and procedures in place to Know Your Customer (KYC). Adequate due diligence on new and existing customers is a key part of these controls. Without this due diligence, your firm can become subject to reputational, operational, legal and financial risks.

This qualification has been designed for KYC Analysts and professionals who manage risk in the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) process. The only professional qualification in practical CDD, this course will help you make sound judgements and pinpoint areas of potential risk.

This qualification is awarded in association with Alliance Manchester Business School, the University of Manchester. In the UK, it is also endorsed by the British Bankers’ Association.

What I would highlight: The content of the course, in general, was just fine.
What could be improved: It seemed like the content had been just taken from other common AML courses and simply patched up all together. Also, it lacked depth especially regarding the trade sector, which was basically what attracted me from this course. Big thumbs down to the assessment method: a plain 15 multiple choice questions for which we had 1 to finish - I was out just after 10 minutes. From where I stand, this course is not worth the £700 it costs.

What I would highlight: The workshops are good fun for how interactive they are but, most improtantly, they are really applicable to real-life situations. This is why I've already taken two courses with ICT.
What could be improved: Everything OK

What I would highlight: The course was divided into different units, all of them easy to understand. In case of further assistance and doubts, they provided the references to other texts, and the student forum helped a lot as well. However, I think the best tool was the workshop, which I suggest you attend as having the chance to talk to the trainer and other students, as well as putting in practice the what we had studied, was extremely useful to help clarify and make sense of this whole very engaging course.
What could be improved: No.
