Course programme

A one-day seminar for production managers and team managers or anyone preparing for a management role.

Format:
The course works through a sample programme request, and derives from this a draft schedule and budget to cash flow and cost reports. There are group exercises for each stage.

The session serves as a practical and very accessible introduction to each of these areas, with the tutor on hand for helpful guidance and insightful answers to large and small questions on production management.
