Course Overview
This course is intended for people who are interested in Classical French Cuisine. The course will contain a selection of Hors d-Oeuvres, Main Course dishes and Desserts that will be prepared and cooked using Classical French Culinary methods and skills. So wow yourself into having some fun and learn at the same time.
Course Structure
The programme is delivered over six weeks with attendance on Tuesdays from 6.00pm -9.00pm in the Pegwell Building.
The course is held within the College kitchens and gives students the opportunity to practice a range of both sweet and savoury dishes. In addition, elementary food safety will becovered and professional tips given on how to achieve an authentic result.
