This 1 day course will offer that all important insight to the control and management of some of the most prolific weeds commonly found in the UK. Focusing on Japanese Knotweed, Himalayan Balsam and Giant Hogweed the training will focus on identification, legal requirements for control and eradication in particular.
The basic layout of the programme will be:

· Growth Habits
· Legislation
· Control Methods
· In or Near Water Approvals
· Personal Protective Equipment
Delivered using a mixture of theory presentation and practical demonstration the course is best suited to be offered where the specific plants are present. There may be options to deliver in other locations using samples for practical purposes. Please enquire for further details.
