Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a type of detox therapy that uses very gentle movements and massage techniques to drain excess fluid from the body and improve the overall functioning of the lymphatic (immune) system. On this course you will learn how to apply MLD techniques to the face and neck that will aid the removal of toxins and excess fluids by unblocking lymphatic channels.
