What I would highlight: I found the preparation exceptionally fascinating and I completely delighted in it. The coach was fabulous in clarifying the full substance of the course and his energy for ITIL plainly appeared on the other side.

What I would highlight: Great course and mentor. I found the bolster staff paving the way to the course to be somewhat agonizing (diverse solutions for my inquiries and not exceptionally supportive). Be that as it may, once on the course I was extremely satisfied with the materials and course teacher. The main slight negative is that the practice papers are from a somewhat different examining board to the exam you will sit, so could do with being overhauled. All things considered, I would prescribe and was satisfied with the course.
