The labor consultant is a freelance professional who deals with consultancy in the field of employment law in Italy with specific skills in the administration of subordinate and para-subordinate personnel on behalf of companies and entities. Labor consultants are professionals in the legal-economic area who perform their functions in personnel management from an administrative point of view (human resource management is in fact another subject, typically supervised by other types of business consultancy professionals) . The main and prevalent activity of labor consultants is the processing of payslips and related obligations, on behalf of a company. In addition to this, their professional field includes: genesis, definition, evolution of an employment relationship, assistance and representation of the company in out-of-court disputes, technical consultancy of the office and of part, tax certification and electronic transmission of tax returns.
