Why should I come to Pendleton College?
Whilst studying on this course, students will have the opportunity to visit the criminal courts and will also benefit from lectures given by visiting speakers such as practising solicitors.
What will I study?
The Year One modules (AS) will give students a knowledge and understanding of:

This qualification allows progression to a number of degree courses. Past students have progressed to careers in the legal profession, local government, the police force, banking and management.
How is the course assessed?
Assessment is by a variety of methods including essays, data questions and written examinations.
What else will I do?
Students will also be involved in case studies, fact finding exercises and using the facilities available in the Law Department's resource room. There are also visits to the Magistrates Courts and Crown Courts and meeting members of the legal profession e.g. barristers and solicitors.
