Candidates will be enrolled onto the Award initially. Upon successful completion candidates can then choose their option to continue onto either the Certificate or the Diploma via the unit accreditation route. To complete the Award initially candidates will undertake two units: “Managing Stress and Conflict in the Organisation” and “Leading Teams to Achieve Organisational Goals and Objectives”. This is a blended learning qualification. The candidates will be expected to attend a course induction and an instructional session for each of the 2 modules. Candidates will then complete the majority of the course through self-study and on-line activities. Therefore candidates will need to be able to access the on-line resources through their own technology or via the college’s library facilities. Upon successful completion of the 2 modules candidates can then choose their next modules from a range of options including: “Becoming an Effective Leader”, “Managing Customer Relations”, Assessing Your Own Leadership Capability and Performance” amongst many others.
