The Coaching Skills for Leaders is an extremely useful course. I particularly appreciated the role play practice for the coaching techniques. The tutor is an experienced, knowledgeable and perceptive facilitator. I would recommend this course for anyone who needs to communicate with others, particularly on a one-to-one basis.
