I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that. Understanding not only my personality but the reason why I do some things based in my own psychology was a revelation. One more thing I liked was the tie between my personal time line and the cognitive behavioural therapy you taught us guys. Brilliant sessions.

This course was very thorough in its content, and is an excellent addition to the new to management course I had previously attended with R2. I would recommend this to any existing manager as a revison course or a new manager looking to develop their skills. As usual it is value for money. John's knowledge of this subject is clearly very strong. Thank you.

For the first time in probably ever, I took time to look at my psychology and behaviours and how this impacted my personal brand as the leader / ambassador for my company. I have already expressed interest in two of your other short courses!
