As learning facilitator, Pilar combines her interest in human physiology (grounded in a BSc Biology) with her knowledge of movement, leadership, theatre and organisational behaviour. Her diverse interests (studied at Imperial College, Mountview Academy and LSE and worked as Director of Forbidden Theatre Company and Assistant Producer at AOL Time Warner) have now fused into one: helping organisations achieve maximum productivity through the development of their people.
