  • We use SDL for all our staff training as they provide an independent and professional service that is very cost effective. This new qualification has been provided under the new QCF standards and is very much focused on work based learning and we are using this more and more as it is more suitable than PTLLs or similar. SDL understand and also can deliver to individuals &/or groups and can work with novice or experienced staff and offer a professional service. Their dedication & knowledege is inspiring and all staff report good things about the team always.
