About this course
Construction Health and Safety Level 1 Certification
To pass certificate enabling the learner to complete the CSCS test at centre for the 5 year labourers card.
The course is aimed at individuals who require access to Building site for labouring opportunities, and where an NVQ2 has not been achieved for the Experienced worker CSCS card.
Applicants will need to be 18 years of age or older. The course has no minimum educational requirements, all training will be offered and CSCS testing undertaken at our training facility.

CSCS test
STC can incorporate the CSCS card with other trade skill opportunities, ie. Plastering or Tiling or Decorating training can be incorporated into a training package.

Yes STC do have Government funding available under the Adult Skills Budget, the criteria for using the funding is unemployment on either JSA or ESA benefit. We do include the 2 week trade skill training programme incorporated into this offer of the CSCS testing. If you are not eligible for the funded route we do also offer this 5 day programme at £250.00 for Health and Safety and 1 CSCS test.
