The Level 2 Awards in HACCP for Catering/Manufacturing is a qualification aimed at caterers and other food handlers. The course is intended for candidates already working in catering or manufacturing and those who are preparing to work in the industry. The course will be especially useful for those involved in maintaining HACCP in a catering/manufacturing environment, and for those who are or will be part of a HACCP team. Suitable for: There are no pre-requisites for this course, although it is strongly recommended that delegates hold a level 2 food hygiene qualification or equivalent prior to attending. It is advised that delegates have a minimum of level 1 in literacy or numeracy or equivalent.
